Stick Weight
Most players use a medium weight stick (M). Light sticks (L) are sometimes used by offensive players for quicker stickwork. Heavy sticks (H or T) are sometimes preferred by defensive players to increase the power of drives and the weight of the stick for tackling.

Aramid Braid
Sleeve around entire stick provides uniform impact strength and shock resistance.
Polyethylene Tape
On stick's flat side. Allows for extreme strength and vibration dampening.
Carbon Tape
Applied to both sides of stick. Strength of fibers adds stiffness to deliver powerful hits.
Aramid Tape
Applied to both sides of stick. Strong material is also shock resistant for vibration dampening.
Glass Fibre Braid
Sleeve around entire stick adds to overall strength, durability, and ball speed.
